fiance' Amanda and their two boxers, Max and
Boh. He is an avid sports enthusiast and spends a lot
of his time watching football, basketball, soccer and
tennis. He also has a strong interest in design and
photography, which he pursues for his own enjoyment in his free time.

Christos Palles is a Charleston Native who has been passionate about helping others buy and sell Real Estate since 2014. After graduating from Coastal Carolina Christos moved back to Charleston and married his college sweet heart Rachelle. As a Charleston Native Christos not only brings a personal knowledge of the local real estate market but has a love for life in the lowcountry. Founder and Team Leader of the Greater Charleston Properties Team, Dan Lorentz, has lived in the Charleston, SC area for the past 21 years and has sold real estate for the past 16 years. He handles real estate sales, golf and beach sales, his niche being Mt Pleasant, James Island, Downtown and the beaches - Folly, IOP, Sullivans, but services all over the greater Charleston area. Dan handles residential sales, but also has experience with commercial real estate. Dan leads our team as the top 1% of all Realtors in the Charleston area for sales volume and works diligently with all of our clients to offer the absolute best customer service available. He resides on James Island with his wife Marie, who owns and manages Canvas Salon downtown Charleston on King Street, and his two beautiful children.
Haynes has been a Charleston, SC Real Estate Industry Specialist since 2003, and prior to that attended the College of Charleston and majored in Marketing/Finance. Having lived and worked all across the Lowcountry for over 12 years, he is exceptional at fitting people with properties that fit their personalities. We all succumbed to a certain draw that Charleston offered, and that is what attracted us to this wonderful corner of the world. Victoria grew up in Kentucky and received her
Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the
University of Kentucky. After graduating college,
she began her career in sales, working for a
healthcare staffing and recruiting company.
Because of Victoria’s passion for building long-
term relationships and helping others, she had
always envisioned becoming a Realtor. After
traveling to Charleston she fell in love with the
Lowcountry lifestyle and her vision became a
reality. A self-starter and hard worker, she always places the needs of her clients first. Victorias competitive nature and passion for serving others is reflected in her personal and professional undertakings. Victoria resides in Mt.Pleasant and is very involved in the community and giving back to others. She also enjoys spending time with her dog Sully, going to the beach, exploring new restaurants in Charleston, and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats!
